Re: Clinical Testing: Pilex Capsules

Gentlemen,

We have completed our clinical testing of PILEX capsules as a treatment for hemorrhoids. The results of our tests are as follows:

CASES

About 450 patients have so far been treated with this PILEX capsule for hemorrhoids by using 7 to 10 capsules taken one per day orally.

SUMMARY OR RESULTS

374 patients (84%) got complete relief. None had any side effects (Excellent results).

63 patients (14%) got relief of their main symptoms of bleeding, pain, itching and some improvement in swelling with no side effects (Good results).

13 patients (3%) had little improvement but showed no adverse side effects.

CONCLUSION:

For the treatment of hemorrhoids the PILEX capsule is quite successful in relieving the symptoms of bleeding, itching and pain with a treatment of 7 to 10 days with one capsule per day. The swelling of hemorrhoids grade 1 & 2 is also relieved by this treatment course.

For the grade 3 hemorrhoids with external piles, the treatment is to be taken for more than 10 days.

Use of local creme & oral use of laxatives are helpful with this treatment course.
