I am writing to thank you for your wonderful product, Pilex. I first developed piles...6 years ago and they have continued to plague me from time to time. Initially, I treated them with prescription medication from my family physician and with over-the-counter creams. Only fellow-sufferers can sympathize with extreme pain and discomfort of hemorrhoids.

In less than 24 hours of the beginning Pilex treatment the swelling and pain were relieved by 50% and within 3 days, the hemorrhoids were gone. I have never had those results with any other medication.
